An excellent education and training with an employee-oriented management perspective contributes to successful labour relations, promotes social dialogue and thus pays off for companies, trade unions, NGOs and other non-profit organizations.
The Academy of Labour was founded in 2015 to provide practical and science-based education in the areas of industrial relations and workers participation as well as human resources and management always with a view to the specific role of employees and their representatives.
In our courses and seminars, we impart theoretical and practical knowledge for specialist- and management tasks in order to strengthen our graduates in their professional and personal development. In doing so, we maintain close cooperation with the Europäische Akademie der Arbeit (EAdA) – the other pillar of the House of Labour.
